紅外自動大理（lǐ）石花崗岩切割（gē）機（jī）是（shì）在底（dǐ）座上設置軌道作直線運（yùn）動，帶動金剛石圓鋸片，紅外切（qiē）割刀片確定被切割石（shí）材的尺寸和（hé）直線度，並保證切割軌道按照直線運動進行石材板材切割加工的一種設備。

本機采用PLC控製，切割尺寸由計算機（jī）終（zhōng）端數字輸入，所（suǒ）有操（cāo）作可手動或由（yóu）計算機程序自動（dòng）完成；控製麵板位於機器右側，方便操作人員在放板時對機器進行調整；麵板上有操作按鈕、編碼器和液晶顯示（shì）；本機最多可同時設置8種不同的切割尺寸，每種尺寸最多可重複（fù）9999次，並可設置多次下刀。切割模式（shì）;配備紅外刀儀，可準確定位；切割進給速度由變頻器調節（jiē）；鋸片由電機直接驅（qū）動，可由液壓傳動驅動，自動旋轉90°；最（zuì）大可切割3200mm × 2000mm板材；工作（zuò）台可承重600kg，可（kě）轉動0°~ 85°。支撐架與機（jī）架一（yī）體（tǐ），可（kě）快速安裝使用，移動方便，無需提前（qián）搭建混凝土基礎（chǔ）。

Cutting mode; equipped with infrared knife instrument, can be accurately positioned; cutting feed speed adjusted by the frequency converter; saw blade driven directly by the motor, can be driven by the hydraulic transmission, automatic rotation of 90 °; the maximum cutting 3200mm × 2000mm plate; table can support 600kg, can be turned 0 ° ~ 85 °.
